  2. Your family can keep any items they want and can be as involved as they want

  3. We identify items to keep, donate, sell or dispose of

  4. The staff sorts, packs, moves, and donates items appropriately

  5. We can move, unpack, and set-up your home as required

  6. Our team photographs memorabilia into a digital format

  7. We prepare home for sale, including cleaning and small repairs

  8. We extensively market home and involve you in negotiations

  9. We make title arrangements with our in-house title partners

  10. We help transfer utilities to new buyer

  11. We attend the closing
